The Dallas Cowboys defeated the Arizona Cardinals in the 2017 Pro Football Hall of Fame Game with a final score of 20-18 at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio.
The Cardinals had a 15-7 lead at the end of the first quarter over the Cowboys and went into the locker rooms at halftime with a 15-10 lead. The Cardinals led 18-17 over Dallas by the end of the third quarter. The Cowboys would kick a field goal that would help them win the game.
The Cowboys had two wide receivers who stood out. Brice Butler had two receptions that went for 78 yards. Rico Gathers caught three passes for 59 yards.
Backup quarterback Blaine Gabbert started the game for the Cardinals and had a solid performance completing 11 passes for 185 yards.
The Cowboys will take on the Los Angeles Rams on Aug. 12 at 9 p.m. ET.
The Cardinals will also play their next game on Aug. 12 in a home contest against the Oakland Raiders.
